That aint the best damage output you can get on an average basis. P90 can hit even more harder, and even as not-crits.

many differents with turnbased and realtime.

jackhammer used turnbased isn´t that good idea unless u have many ap´s.
in realtime jackhammer burst is just hardcore.

cheap weapon for all situations : smg
start with that and take the rest from the wasteland
same with dessert eagle. but hell! don´t take the blue ammo.

JHP has x3 damage multiplier, armor bypass with .44 JHP and your desert eagle one of them most powerful guns in the world ^_^

totally true, jhp and bypass is awsome but i like better Revo and this quote: "Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" 
Revo is a gun whit hidden power its rare but sometimes can take 300+ hp on critter (alien, cent's)

I dont PvP much, I use them for alot of PvE and I don't face any problems with them.

However, the damage intervals for aussalt rifles in general are abit low for PvP, I can give you that.
