Repair the Follow Function!

I am interested in this issue:
if I and players who have clicked "follow me" were attacked in the wastelands strong enemy and left location after me then they can not follow me further? In other words, to continue the movement all together, it is necessary to win and complete the battle?

P.s When I leave the location during the battle, the other players there is a window, but when you click "follow" nothing happens!

Its bug or feature?

Yes, you can't follow someone in a party if you're in combat mode.
In RT combat mode = if someone attacked you/you attacked someone.
In TB combat mode = all the time you stay in TB.

So for TB you need to kill every hostile creature on map, only then you can leave encounter in a party.
In RT you need to run to exit grid really fast and click "follow" instantly after leader entered exit grid.

This is terribly inconvenient...
Will fix it?

It would be nice if developers make the "party function" as many MMORPG
