Damage above somebody's head

Seiipher:
how would one do that?

Surf:
Open your FOconfig.exe or click in your launcher on Config.
Go to the "Combat" Tab. Set a number higher then 300 in the "Damage indication over head".
You have to experiment with the numbers a bit, which delay suits you.
