The scene is about the client buying a coffee and a waffle, and doesn't have small cash, so he gives a big bill of one thousand marks (old currency). The cashier gives him only a small amount of cash in return, and steals his moneys. Then when the client asks about if he gave a thousand mark bill, the cashier just replies with that face.

PD: searching in the internet i found this funny riot image, its especial because its the mexican parlament, and our flag is
behind, the guy in the middle is the actual boss of the Comercy Secretary (change secetary for bureau if it dont makes sense)....the man in the right is the actual boss of Education, but he has no power since the education is under the mand of the syndicate, the man in the upper-right side is not kissing his oponent, he is close to punch him in the face.
