Mercs that survive you dying come find you

Leader builds are the most ... Unique build in the game. It has special needs, that other builds don't.
A leader build by itself is almost completely useless in a high tier fight. It needs mercs .. OR ELSE.
Mercs and other followers ARE the Leader build, the character, without em he is nothing. any other build can just grab a cheap gun and run right back into the fight. A Leader can't just grab a shitload of caps and rebuy an entire contingent of mercs because of how god damn hard it is to get caps. any other build DOES NOT need caps to be efficient. Only Leader builds. I honestly think they need this, they deserve it for all the grinding the constantly do UNLIKE other builds which only have to grind once, not continously.
We are a minority that only we understand. :'(

I think you should lose a base when you all of faction members die at least once. To be honest such advantage of leader builds would bring more balance to powerbuild PvP

that and unless the leader build has high sneak (massive pain to lvl btw) he's just going to get blown away one shot and lose all the mercs anyways.

Players don't loose their lvl on death, why should his mercs loose? And I believe that the wasteland is all about the friends support, mercs should be just as faithful as people are, they should return to you if you die.
