Mercs that survive you dying come find you
kraskish:
Or mercs could loose their experience...with delevelling.... just an option
Haterade:
heres some classic quote: "if you die, then you DIE, nuff said", if you lose hi-tech items while dying, then why the hell mercs would be like "oh hello, you woke up from your grave? then let us join you!"...?

topic is dead like hell..
Bulldog:
C'mon, it's a good idea for sure, if the mercs lost their loot (equipment) but didn't loose their lvl on death, and their replication would be high enough to be costly (%from the original price +some like ~2% per lvl) that would be awesome, I can assure you, and people will finally use the damn CHA for some real purpose, this opens a huge variety for build ideas.

Why should this game be even more about waiting and playing to really start playing Fallout way (with followers)?
The price could be bigger but again, not so many people run around with 5 mercs, just people in bigger factions... it could encourage leader builds, at the same time making different builds
