I don't mean to whine here.
But whats with the 'guarded' cities anyway? Ncr is practically off limits to anyone without a PvP mood. If its supposed to be a guarded town, make it guarded. If not- remove the guards so everybody can join the slaughter
Personally i'd prefer Ncr to remain 'safe', with more really tough guards at spawning points, but maybe im one for traditon.
Maaybe another spawning point within the city walls would solve the problem. Everyone up for murder could stay outside and those who came to craft, trade or show off with their ca could spawn inside. Some traders would be nice there too.
