I agree with both crafting and finding not only this blade, but all items in game, so people who like crafting can craft them, others are free to obtain them differently. Though, hard part is balancing :/

The game is already unbalanced and it isn't in the favour of melee.

There is a distinct lack of non sec dependent one handed melee weapons and the wakazashi would fill that niche. Since super sledge is in game I don't see the reason for the omission as no one can claim that melee is overpowered.
