If the windows on those buildings are working properly, maybe you could get a budy to shoot through and kill you. Of course, this is assuming you have nothing important to lose.

Well that better be a dam good lockpicker. I tried getting in there aswell. But even with 178% lockpick and expanded lockpick sets I had to give up after an hour.

Also, for OP was anything in there?

May be you better ask your friend(s)/use alt to bomb a door with dynamite? If lockpickers won't help.
