Chance of crit while burst shooting

Thanks a lot, but only proof links where developers claims it will make me glad. Search has returned no results...

Atom:
There's a single roll that determines (critical) hit or miss before any bullet is actually fired. Critical hit with burst also gives +20 to hit chance for every single bullet (it can even break the 95% chance cap, usually making all bullets hit their targets).

O wow then making  10 luck, 3 more critical big gunner is not so bad idea then.
