Needler ammo

It took 5 gunpowder and 1 metal parts to craft it, that's 420 in total.
You got 100 ammo with a sales value of 800.
You could craft 8 or 9 batches before you got your cooldown above the hour.
1 batch got you 280 xp, so it made leveling and getting money very easy and without risk.
You trade part of the ammo for more gunpowder and metal parts to craft even more ...

I agree with fixing this, although the solution isn't the best 1 in my opinion.
I would have prefered them to lower the batch size to 50 and the xp to 80 or 100.
That way people owning needler ammo still got the same value while crafting it with bought materials cost you a small amount and gets you simular xp as the other ammos.

It is, the big interest in Needler was it don't cost much in HQ materials, i don't care about price of ammo i don't sell them, i use them, too hard to understand apparently. Yeah price is too high, and yeah it give too much HP, but here you have another SG useless by now, so cool :/

On another topic verybody say you must play bigguns, yeah for sure doing this kind of things will greatly help, i really don't understand why i try to play a balanced character don't do alt and play legit since you ll get screw all the time byt things like that. Again there are abused, guys who craft needler ammos for caps and Exp, and so we penalize those who don't abuse ... So cool ...

Try again, its the ammo being crafted in tier 2/3, not the weapon that uses the ammo.

What you do or don't do with something personally doesn't really matter. Its the fact that the large majority of people playing are taking advantage of something that is overpowered in regards to making money/levels.




Personally though, i would of been fine if it was nerfed down to 50 bullets, and maybe throw in 1-2 junk to the original 5gunpowder 1metal. Its better than 10mm bullets/pistol, so it should cost a little bit more than simply being a level 2 crafter. Besides crafting bullets in batches of 100 for a gun that can only fire one at a time doesn't make much sense to begin with...

You see easy to say dumb things like this.

Needler cost one metal HQ to make not the deagle and dommage difference between the 2 is not that much. No dommage modifier for Needler and no -x% DR. They changed it, cause there was abuses, yeah, everyone knew already it was an exploit. Now, why punishing guys using this gun fairly, while those who exploit this will go for something else and simply don't care at all of that change?

Cause that's exactly the trick here. But again what i do blabla, no need to bother for guys who do not abuse weakness of the game after all, pff.

Oh and tier is a matter of knowledge, not of ressources, it's linked to job. So if they wanted to make ammo tier 3 with junks and normal gunpoweder they could, oh hold on it exist! http://fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Rocket_AP
And following this reasonment tier 3 weapon should only be done with HQ materials and no wood nor junk.

they should require alloys instead of gunpoweder. gunpoweder for needles doesnt make much sence
