Tools and super tool kits.

I notice some thing, that i always repai an item when tools in my hands, but some times had fail to repair when tools is in poket.

my repair is 220% and let supertool in hand, i broke it with 3 times i used, another supertool broke when i used 10 times.

Note: my luk 8 and repair 220%.

the same for me, i have 182 repair andi broke it after 3 uses the first time and the second i broke after 7 uses or something.... My normal tools is more durable than those damn toolkits...
