Ban radio spamers and trols

Seriously, you try to talk to people on chanal 0 when some retard flood the radio with
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL... or other stupid msgs like "WANA SHIT"
over and over again for half an hour or so... at the begining it was tolerable, but now it like several times a date for realy a long time.. something (apart form turning radio off, because it's realy useful sometimes) has to be done!

at least put some quota on radio, let's say 10 msgs per minute for one player?

but it's most common channel, always someone in, and spamers can change channels to, so it won't solve the problem...

Excuse me. Spammers can change channel too? Are you saying that when you switch channel to for example 7364, there is a high probability that some idiot happens to come to that specific channel aswell?

Of course there will be no retards there, but also no other players... I don't want to have silent radio, i want to be able to communicate with other players, so that i can buy/sell stuff, call for help etc.

Yeap, but in reality you will be fined or even jailed for prank calls on emergency lines or harassing private lines...
but ok, you got a public channel here, just like you got CB radio in real life, but you don't have people shouting "shit, ass, LOLO"
over and over again...

I get it, public channel for all and for what purpose you want, but there should be some limitations of acceptable behavior or just radio use limitations like number of uses per minute.
My point is not to create radio moderators but anty flooding system, maybe something similar to what already is with doorways. You get warning when you post message after message and finally get baned for, lets say, 10 min.
