Sneaking and Perks

Truth is that when Sneaking start work again even a little it will be must skill in town PvP to have and everyone will use it ( unless they are not-so-smart).

No matter how sneak was overpowerd it shouldnt be nerfed to the point when char with 300% sneak and with 0 weight have only 30% when confronting other players... Just try to reduce some of shooting skills to 30% and see how people would like that ;/

Yeah tis but nonsens. Sneak should be overpwnerd; a must for every pvp char. In FT wich was basicly only pvp, sneaking worked great. It was a rule that the longer a sneaker is in one FoV, the lower the skill goes in real time, you can make it drop really fast if in front or smt. Sneak there was balanced by high resist and heavy armor, and insane perception deathclaw detectors.
