So, since i have seen perks on 9th level and any of them are superb, i thought that i will wait for 12th level and then use both perks on some useful stuff.
But when i get 12 level, my little experiment goes wrong. I can only use, current one perk, and lost previous one.
Is there any chance to get my perk back (divine intervention of almighty GM) or i should stop winning like sore loser? ;)

Im afraid you lost that one perk, dont know if GM can help you with it, but next time you have to take perk before you reach next perk or you loose it forever...Or there is one more solution, delete your char and start from beginning...

I guess you should make a new char.
Because, if every player call Gm "I kept 99 skill points and lost all the rest", "miss clicked the skill/perk".. Then everybody want some correction in you char.but this is my opnion.  ;)

Maybe you right.
Any way, it's not a such big deal, im not trying to make powerbuild so can live without this one perk.
And i'm to lazy to make new char ;)

You could actually take Skilled trait, then you'd have only 5 perks, but you could take first at level 6 instead of lvl4, then you'd had stronger perk as first one.
