How to increase rep with raiders

I'm trying to get small guns 3.  I have enough slavers rep but my raiders rep is -200 because I killed a few of them.  Is there any way to get it back up so I can get small guns 3?

kill vault city citizens :> +20 for each kill as i remember :>
