Hm. Twisted logic of thinking one town is "evil". How can a whole town be evil?  ::)
Also I think you might forgot that Vault Cities upper class is a bunch of racist assholes who don't care about the wasteland.

Don't get me wrong, killing people without any reason is just .. bleh. And here we have an example where players do this, but basing on atleast some thinking what could happen in the fallout world etc. But still it seems a bit odd.

hey, im a slaver, but i prefure to be with NCR, they're the ones who try to reach out t other colionys and to raise what was once a great nation, NCR in town is against Slavery, the Vortis slavers are outside the town and arent well liked by NCR, Vault City is in on it for themselfs,
