On wiki it says .223 pistol takes 5 AP to shoot...so i assume vats w/ .223 pistol is 6...

i have Bonus Rate of Fire as a perk...but my screen says it takes 6 AP still for vats...is this a bug? or has bonus rate of fire not been implemented yet..or am i missing something?

somewhere i find info that every bulet in burst mode has own chance to hit and when one bulet miss target also other bullets folowing it will automaticaly miss too
e.g. 10mm SMG burst: 1. hit, 2. hit, 3. miss, 4-10 automaticaly miss ---> is this info correct?

NPCs are exploiters so they can enslave muties.

I've been told by a friend that slaves (dogs particullary) can raise their level by killing.

Is that right?

Does that apply to mercs also?

there are no tables  for that :> if you haw awareness you can see hit points increase once they get level.

Use a knife on it to get meat and some gathering CD.
Then go to Modoc, and exchange it for jerky meat 2:1 ratio.
Then you can use it for crafting different drugs.
