First question: I THINK so, not sure, I'm not a crafter whatsoever.

second question: drugs....?  Wait you mean perma or tempa?  Tempa is drugs but perma is perk.

I mean perma, like it was in fo2 with modules or so :)

Do someone know the answer for my first question? It's kinda important before i decide to use the perk or not  ::)

You can use Drugs to temporarily increase your SPECIAL stats for getting a Profession. Use the drug right before you talk to them before it wears off.

And Michael, if you aren't sure, why do you even bother posting?

I didn't wante to waste an useful perk to raise my stat ;)
