Yes.

Izual:
Rule is : One character per player at a time, and waiting 10 minutes between each character connection. If you don't wait, we'll see it, and if you log several characters at once, we'll see it too ;p That's why having two computers doesn't bring any advantage (and it's fair).

How much throwing do I need with char that have 1PE to have 80%,95% chance to hit the target ?
I couldn't find the throwing formula anywhere  :P

Throwing formula is the same as basic ToHit formula.
