+20% to hit chance with one-handed weapons, -40% to hit chance with two-handed weapons.

OPMNRG:
can someone post a list of endurance and final HP points at level 21?

like..at 1 endurance i would have this much HP at level 21
at 2 endurance i would have this much HP at level 21 and so forth? does this already exist somewhere else? idk...this seems like a useful chart for people like me trying to decide on how to build their characters

1) Starting HP = 15+ST+ENx2;
2) HP per level = 2+EN/2 (rounded down);

So, first of all count your starting HP with 1st formula, then add to this quantity 2nd formula x20 (20 levels).

So, for example you have 5 ST and 5 EN:
15+5+5x2=30;
2+5/2=4.5 -> 4;
30+4x20=110.

3) Lifegiver perk on 12th level gives to you 4 HP/level and total 40 HP.
4) Second Lifegiver on 15th level gives 28 HP total.
So with x2 Lifegiver, 5 ST and 5 EN you'll have 110+40+28=178 HP.
