Does npc armor deteriorate when damaged?  If a slave has leather armor at 0% if he is shot 10 times with a pistol and he lives is his armor still 0% and at full resistance?

How do i get screenshots that ive taken? is there a file that i have to look in?

screenshots taken are saved in the FOnline folder, usually in c:\Program Files\Fonline or in windows 7 c:\Program Files(x86)\FOnline\

it's their skin, they don't really have armour.

Where do I get the Hy-mag to become a VC citizen?

Also, will I be able to be VC citizen if I'm already in a player-driven faction?
