The encounter is called "Enrologists" on the world map, but if you used Look on them, they are called Hubologists. Hubologists can have Power Fists, which is small energy cell (Energy C Cell) powered (Like Rippers). They don't have MFC.

Does jinxed affect mercs/slaves or is it just things that are targetting/targetted by you?

is getting Better Criticals as a perk worth it?
