The problem there is getting them there in the first place since dual-logging is illegal in the game....

dual logging is playing to characters at the same time, not playing them one after another.

If you have a base, you're probably not alone... or you're alone and your names is vedaras.

Oh, and if you're alone at your own private base, then why do you need billion mercs there?
