There ARE high quality materials at private mines.
You only need to search them, because there's a lot of rocks.

Oo, I though an advantage is: it can be used as bases for gangs, and you don't need to create other gang and alts for this, to drop items there. But HQ mats... it's not the 1st of April today, are you seriously?
