May be later. Right now there are some guys with miniguns, you can ask them they wont kill you untill you dig anyway.

i ran into those guys...they defiantly...shot me..luckily i didn't die...but...yeah..still don't know anything

trial and error my friend, HQ is in gecko mines, redding and broken hills you just have to try several rock patches till you find the right one, thats how I found them myself.

are they always in the same place?
