Quest question

Hello all.
I wanna ask about this question from new reno : Deliver Jet to join the Mordino family

I read at  wiki about it but wanna be 100% sure. If I complete this quest i will be in mordino family and my reputation exampel in VC or NCR  will be ex: -1500 ?

I dont wanna do quest what doing bad reputation like quest with raiders :(

each faction you join will change drastically your reputation with each town.
