Sneak problem

Minor problem. Can be dealt with various ways. Fov offers us vast options for pvp related tactics.

NO. Mine in Redding exemple - no FoV - I used elevator and PE10 player spoted me from behind corners and walls etc.
Now with FoV he dont see me just be scrolling the map - and this is awesome - thats why FoV is good thing.

Oh no! Snipers have problems killing their enemy from 40hex, what a disaster! What about the chars who can't even see 40hex ::)?
