Yeah, and I can remember one damned thief who didn't want to suicide, his russian friends FA him one by one. Firstly I crippled his right leg, then left leg, then right arm and then left arm each time he was standing up, and only then friends finished and someone else killed him.

Each time guard shouting on a thief, check his inventory with steal skill to see he have anything stolen or not, wait some times again, may be 2 more shouts from guards, and then again check inventory. Then you can shoot at him, but you'd better don't kill him, just keep him below 0 HP. But yesterday I accidentaly critically killed one thief, and I still be protected by guards, so I don't know what's depending or what causes removing protection. Also, as I said on other topic, sometimes guards protecting thief only from one of attackers, I mean, thief stole something from one guy, that guy started to shoot at thief, then I saw that and start shoot too, and then 3rd guy start shoot too, and guards killed 3rd guy... wtf? Me and 1st guy are alive and everything is ok, but 3rd is dead.
