Each time, I attack any thief in town (in my example it's NCR), I don't get any reputation penalty, nothing... but sometimes I become unprotected in town, so I need to give all my items to friend and then ask honorable tent-robbers to kill me in wastes. Is this normal?

I get this too, but are you sure the message isn't just bugged?

Guys I don't want to spam here, but its second day without any answer nor PM or here or even ingame through requesthelp. Is there any chance to get reputation reseted (rep. at -4k now because of wrong stealing mechanics)? Or is there any non-combat way how to boost my rep?
