Requirements for level 2 Profession Armorer?

^^ got Int 10, so i joined up for 50 small energy cells aswell, and the money is no problems but with 10 Int i also only have to pay 2500 :)

just one more question, after i joined NCR and Hub shot me at sight, do I become friendly with them if I leave the enclave?

yes, youll be fine after you leave the enclave, i did armorer 3 and im still able to enter everywhere after leaving the enclave, i really wish people would stop referring to the manual though, it just causes more confusion.
