Mans Job quest

With next update, it is not (under special conditions).

DEATH:
So how is it looking with fix of this quest? I got two times to same point. After visiting of all four stations and talking to each person are clues the same. He went to some next station. And when i try to talk to "shady person" he says just "Dont bother me". So where is the catch of it? Did i miss some NPC on some station or what did i do wrong? I tried it even with 10 charisma char and still the same.

raise your gun skill, have gun in your hand, something like that should work :>

I disagree with one thing.
Why only gun skill should intimidate the guy?
if you are skilled with knifes or spears should work too. IMO.

Maybe the NPC isn't impressed by high knife skills.
