Sniper and Burster meet at world map

So it has been changed? When I was playing last time you can meet other players when traveling on world map.

If you are travelling on world map and so he does, there is and was no chance you will meet.

yes you can meet, but the other player is not on world map when you meet him he is in that location which you encounter.

This isnt really as simple as who would win.One of you would already have to be in the encounter like it was already said above and that means that you could be anywhere on that map when the other person enters.Perception does normally play a huge roll in where you enter and who will move first but these dont neccessarily mean anything in this sittuation.Ive had time where i was unlucky and my 10 Pe sniper has spawned right next to enemies, and others where a sniper has landed next to my 6 Pe burster.If the person enters your encounter during your turn his sequence wont mean a thing ,your turn doesnt just end so he can go.

While alot of the time it usually comes down to who has the bigger guns and the most hp its not always so black and white.You have alot of things that come into play during sittuation like this, for instance timing, luck(real and stat), quickness in rt combat(who can overcome shock at being ambushed and shoot first), placement, location on world map(ruins have walls that often keep you from seeing an enemy), and lastly skill.
