Why good natured?You get -15% to big guns skill if im not wrong

Actually, its only -10% in guns/unarmed/melee skills and +15% to fa/doc/barter/speech

Repair for a PvP char ? Useless... Outdoor 100 is fine, but you need to up your First Aid AND Doctor.

Hum... let's calculate a bit. Miniguns requier 6 AP for bursting. With Fast Shot it's lowered to 5, and with BRoF it's lowered to 4. So with 6 Agility (=8 AP), you'll be able to burst twice a "turn" !

Or three bursts a turn if you  have 10 AP and select the Action Boy perk twice.

Hehe Gruil you make the same mistake than me one month ago ^^
So 7 AP for burst with minigun
6 with Fast Shot
5 with Fast Shot and BRoF

So with 6 Agility => 8 AP => 1 burst
You need 8 Agi + 2 nuka cola or 10 Agi Or jet to get 10 AP and burst 2 times
and with many drugs and many Agility you are able to burst 3 times.

Argh ! Still in Fallout vanilla world ! Shit...

Instead of the second lifigiver it's not better to chose another toughness?

i thing lifgiver is ever better. you have more hp , choosen on 15 lvl 5% on ONLY normal damage is not good
