Nope. Jovanka said back then that there will be no skin giveaways (this season?) anymore.

Im not sure if that was a punishment for playerbase or just measure to keep the rarity of skins.

Very well, son, i can tell you how you easily obtain a Gecko skin in game with a little exploit. ;)
