Hello. Need help with a quest ... I stood several hours collecting slaves to get my rep with slavers to 120 ( hard thing, only 6 rep per slave ? ... same rep and gold for either weak, handsome, healthy slave ... strange. Anyway, he sends me to stroke. Stroke only has lines that either buzz me off or that initiate combat sequence. What do I need to do so I can get location of raiders base ?

You can insult Stroke (it's the man in The Hole, right ? Tell me if I'm wrong), he doesn't care and like it ^^ ! When he says you "motherfucker", answer him by the same way (something like "Yeah motherfucker, I want to work"). It's a little weird that you got to insult him, but it's indeed RP !

Nope. No option to insult. Only options are to leave or to threaten his life. Shit sucks, man.

This is weird, I had no problem with that quest. I can only suggest that you try and contact a GM ingame using +requesthelp.

Explain your story in few words, they can track you if they're not too busy. BTW if there's no message confirming, it means there's no GM at the moment.

I think Stokes' checks are tougher than Metzger's checks. When I wrote it, it was karma, so I don't know how it is now. Like Metzger wanted -100 karma to talk, and Stokes needed -200 or something. So maybe you need some more rep somewhere.

Yeah just checked, you need a fairly non-awful reputation with the Raiders

Oh, damn. Man... That's a major bummer. Is there anyway to raise rep with Raiders? If not, it looks like I'll just have to make another character.

Also, someone should really update this one the wiki. Would save a lot of people a lot of trouble.

I've joined VC with -1.3k with VC ;p
Btw, thier patrols, having -1k reputation with me, don't attack me, so citizenship check > reputation check.
