Can anyone confirm whether Luck plays a role in the repair formula?

Someone asked this some time ago in the Q/A and I don't think there was an answer.

I don't know for sure but my repairman has 210 repair and 1 luck and I don't have much trouble.

I can't find the message, where one of devs said that they are trying to make luck influence every little formula, but not very much.

with 10 luck you almost never break items which are in broken condition even if you fail to repair them :>

I have 212 repair with 1 Lk and repairing is also decent, but I almost always break the item when I'm repairing it from "broken/barely hanging"

with 10 luck you almost never break items which are in broken condition even if you fail to repair them :>
