Hp gain/endurance

Well I found out that having odd number endurance don't help you much. I think the life gain per level is EN/2+2 so at 10EN you again 7 life per level. But if you have odd number like 9 EN  9/2+2 = 6.5 round down only get 6 per level. So if you got 9EN you might as well have 8EN because you gain same life per level as 9EN.

Here how i fix this problem, say if you have 9 EN, your frist level you gain 6, your next level you gain 7, next level again 6, next level gain 7, repeat this cycle.

If you look at this way every 2EN from start to finish counts as 20 life at max level. With this fix you could count ever 1en as 10 life when max level.

My point is every point endurance would help to your max life gain per level.

For some reason I know some one going say something about life giver perk, i know about that but that's not the subject.

...or you can just make even number of EN and live happy.
Also it provides us with a lot of noobs with strange builds, and it is always fun when they finally recognise it, and go to forum.

Endurance has uses other than HP gain which go up per stat point.

Yeah, like poison and rad resistance. Poison tipped 5mm minigun ammo, radiated explosive rocket ftw

That's just the less.
END also helps block criticals effects like knockdown.

I like more to add back the regen, because is currently useless. 10 END with 3 Healing Rate is lame.

People only get en for life per level and perk req.
Be nice add more effect to it.
But my main point is every point should help your life gain.
