where and when does it freeze?

ok it happens when i start to play the game

are you able to log in or does it happen when you bring up the client and you get at the menu with registration ?

ok i can start the game and regester but when i start it up the game loading screen freezes

i have this glitch and when i login with my user and the pass and when i go to the loading screen it freezes
