[Unique Thread] I can't launch the game or Log in

From what I see it is having trouble loading a sprite but I do not know why. If I may ask kindly, can someone help out?
I did the important stuff on the recent changelog but it is still doing the same thing.

Which resolution are you trying to run? Windowmode or fullscreen? Test 800x600 or 1024x768.
What graphics card do you have? Which OS?
Try re-installing DirectX 9.

He already fixed it in another thread, something about his resolution setting was wrong.

Oh well, then it might help someone else that has the same problem, I've seen this before, and it's usually because of using a non-standard resolution :)

I found this game while looking for info on Fallout New vegas, broke out my old F2 box and installed to try to play this, but the above issue still exists and I did check my video driber version:
I'm running windows 7 64 Bit, Nvidia Driver 260.99 (latest), Nvidia 310

I had a problem on Win7 - can't launch the game. So I fixed that problem by changing in FOnline.cfg "PatchDatPath=fonline.dat" to "PatchDatPath=faction.zip". Also, my game installed to desktop.
Now it works fine.
