Why dont make lvl cap 23 lvl ?
well just skip that pathetic begging and set lvl cap on 99lvl(thats a SARKASM). btw i am playing umarmed meele char and eye shots dont bother me (percepction 1:)
now when i think about it the slayer and sniper really shoul d be reworked into something less powered, maybe if you have the sniper perk then you don't need the extra action point for head/groin shots (eyeshots should still take that extra action point), slayer however might allow the wielder to boost his/her melee weapon/unarmed range by 2 hexes, that practically changes the perks to something useful, but not overpowered.
Why you dont like level cup at 21? From what reason? My premise is, that if you are making any change, it must be because of some specific reason (bug, balancing,...). Maybe, if we can recognize reason, we can change problem itself.
For me, is level cup at 21 ok, because there will be bigger changes between nolifers and normal players and also because of current perk system (non tree perk system), chars will be almost the same like others.
Simple suggestion:Freeze XP gain by FA/outdoorsman/stealing/killing/(shoveling shit? ^_^)/crafting/and other means.But enable XP gain from .... quests! After game will be more out of Beta, and there will be repeatable quests, so will do special tasks and level up!I mean 500 XP quests!So you'll need to do it 24/7 and may be in few monthes you'll be 22nd.
