 I agree. People whio are making drug char have to precisely prepare their character from first level to final level. Their char, if they combine more drugs, is useless for half of hour after few minutes of fight. Also more drugs you need, more time you must spend with obtaining them. If you add any random special overdose effect, your char will be unusable in fight. So you spend 2 days for searching the drugs because 9 minutes fight, and you will be finally unable to fight...

 No, i dont think that this kind of drug using is reason of some PvP imbalance.
