Sneak or not to Sneak

every 6 point of sneak reduce the distance enemy will see you by 1 hex towards his vision range

6 pe is 38 hees range . 3 hex is alwayes detected so 38-3 = 35.
35*6 = 210 sneak

Is this the current table though?

I have 6 PE and there were some players sneaking in NCR that would just disappear when they got more than 5 hexes away from me. Natasha being one.
