6 pe is 38 hees range . 3 hex is alwayes detected so 38-3 = 35.
35*6 = 210 sneak

I have 6 PE and there were some players sneaking in NCR that would just disappear when they got more than 5 hexes away from me. Natasha being one.

It is switching off and on all the time, but this is how sneak supposed to work, when not disabled due to lag.

It make me sick to be killed by a big gun in metal armor which i can't see at 4 hex with 7 PE. (and he is front of me...)

Naah, I've been killed like this few times too. Don't take it close, just try to find other stuff todo while devs searching for lags issues.
And to those who use it: have fun guys, I envy you in some way, just don't have time to exp my own sneaker atm.
