If i kill Vedaras, well known citizen of VC, will i still have bad karma, or this nonsense is not anymore after wipe?

My bomber has terrible reputation 'cause of damned VC citizens in NCR, so... of couse you will.

so if i have a barter char, which need good karma in every city, i have to play Gandhi defense politics if i am attacked by players, because i dont want to reduce my karma.. ehm, is this bug?

The same with BoS, in pre-wipe. When you shoot back/kill this PK, who is the member of BoS, BoS patrols start to kill you.
