Making doctors stuff more useful

My suggestion is simple. Currently, medical equipment (such as Doctor's bag and Paramedics bag) are pretty useless, since high-level doctors don't need quite an expensive, un-craftable stuff, because it could be easily lost withing of a minutes during PvP and gives almost no advantage to them. Low-level player needs them, but it's still expensive. My suggestion is to make doctors stuff to be able healing heal health points + weakening at the same time. If that feature will be implemented, that should make that stuff much more popular.
& Heals health points and weakness.

I suggest that they are able to first aid/doctor without adding a timeout.

Change the bags into melee weapons that consume ammo. 
These weapons would deal negative damage in order to heal whoever got smacked with the bag.
The ammo is things like gauze, antiseptic ointments, etc.

Doctor/FA skill determines the amount of (-)damage done.

Imba, yeah, decrease it, ALOT, but not totally. Leave it on atleast 15 seconds.

make first aid kit heal and a standard 120 sec weakend time, field first aid kit 30 sec weakend time,
