Hem, bad news. There's nothing in the supply room, you can't get this shiny black armor. $:-\$ Joining Enclave is only useful to gain crafting levels.

You must talk in this case to quartermaster in underground level in Navaro.

Yeah, you can talk with the quartermaster downstairs in navarro and request some armor. He kinda leads you on, and eventually tells you to fuck off, more or less. It's a fun little dialog, and worth going through if you join the enclave.
