HTH aim critical chance bonus

Well HTH attacks got only half of the aim penalty but it seems that also the critical chance bonus for aiming is also halved.
FAIL.
Atom care to confirm ?


Thats kinda brings the opposite result - can we normal penalty and full crit bonus ?

HtH has half penalty to hit from original fallout, while there're no words about critical chance. Also kicking eyes of innocent I scored more criticals than not criticals what means I had more than ~40-50% critical chance, and it means critical chance works normally.

My last troll build was unique because he also was burster, unfortunately I was unable to do piercing kicks and it was only power kick, but 1 session ago I was doing piercing kicks, not much difference, almost always got critical hits.
