As a little backstory: I was just hunting around vault13 with a friend when he showed up. Our group policy is to to generally run away from people. We explained pleasantries as we ran, and he made his offer. He was pretty far away, so he was either using a rifle of some sort, or just very hopeful.

He said he was going to go hang himself, and we haven't seen him since.
