Defense: Lifegiver 2 or Toughness 2? Dodger?

go with toughness, it really makes a sour day for minigunners in combat, that 5% and 2 threshold really make a bigger difference than 28 hp

exactly what does the dmg threshold do? does it resist 2 more damage? if so it aint much

also, do crits apply to each bullet in a burst or as a whole?

2 dr is a lot, the formula is damage -DR/ %reduction, so if a minigun bullet is 7-11 all of a sudden its 5-9. Stacking with armour it adds up to a lot of saved hp.
